Feeling of water in the nostrils?

Hello , I was wondering if I have had a sinusitis in the last few days and since a few days and it seems that I have noticed more since last night know as if I had a broth of water in the nose (when we choke with water from the pool the feeling that it makes in the nose) and I was wondering if know a sign of breathing difficulty it seems that it comes and goes and I am a little worried I do not really know what to have difficulty breathing is there any sign when we are in breathing difficulty? I'm not out of breath, I'm able to talk without being out of breath, I take my breath normally without pain
