Indeed, if the diarrhea occurred within 4 hours of taking the medication, you will have to follow the instructions in the leaflet, i.e. act as if the tablet had been forgotten. You will need to contact your pharmacist for the exact procedure to make up for the 'lost' tablet, as well as to evaluate the procedures to be implemented for the remainder of the pack and if you have had unprotected sex previously.
