I threw up my antibiotic 4 hours after taking it?

Hello, I took azytromycin last night at about 6:20 pm. I specify that it is an antibiotic to be taken in one dose. Later, I join some friends at the restaurant where I drink a glass of alcohol around 8pm. Around 10pm, I feel that I have a stomach ache, head spinning and I run to the toilet. I vomit a little bit (let's say the equivalent of a glass of water) but mostly I have a big diarrhea. Since yesterday I can't stop wondering: did the antibiotic have time to work? And if not, should I take another one?
