Good evening sir,
Sorry for the delay in responding.
If your foreskin is still caught underneath the glans, just wait for the erection to go away and pull the skin.
Be aware that this is sometimes a sign that the foreskin is too tight for the glans, which can create scar tissue (called phimosis).
If you think this may be the case for you, I encourage you to discuss it with a doctor.
