3 year old girl with diarrhea and stomach ache , without in the last stool . General condition good and no fever Should I go to the emergency room or continue to check the stool and general condition?

Unfortunately, blood in a baby's stool must be investigated quickly. You will need to see a doctor as soon as possible, if only as a precaution.
