I have pain in my lower abdomen, pain comes in waves and is accentuated when I urinate. The pain has been going on for a day and a half. They are not cramps related to menstruation. I had some rustling when I was urinating last week but the rustling has passed. My boyfriend has a swollen glans and smegma under his foreskin, potentially related to my symptoms?
