My 2 year old daughter has a fever, what else can I do but give her Tylenol?

My daughter is 2 years and 4 months old. She had a fever on Saturday and Sunday, on Monday she was fine and she has a fever again tonight (38.6) but she is fine and has energy anyway. Should I be worried? I give her a tylenol for children when she has a fever at bedtime. Thank you

Good morning, ma'am,
If the fever persists for 72 consecutive hours or if his condition deteriorates, you should consult a doctor. I encourage you to continue to give Tylenol as needed, and to give her as much to drink as possible during the day.
Does she have any other symptoms?
I hope I've been helpful, and I'm available if you have any other questions!
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
