Hello, I have COPD. I use 2 inhalers, Seebri and Bricanyl. I don't understand why my oxygen saturation goes from 92% to 82%, for no apparent reason, without effort.

Hello, thank you for your question!
Home saturation meters could be unreliable in some cases..
I mention this because a saturation of 82% is extremely low and a person with this value should be seen by a doctor quickly...

Yes, of course, a pulse ox meter can be unreliable, but not being able to breathe normally and inhale enough to properly inhale a medication does not lie.
Yes, of course, being seen quickly by a doctor would be the perfect solution, if we lived in an ideal world. Showing up at a hospital emergency room and waiting for hours in a crowded room with a mask over your face is far from great when you are feeling extremely vulnerable.
Thank you for your response which unfortunately does not help my feelings of distress.

I am sorry if I could not provide you with more help, it is simply that the description of your condition requires urgent medical attention, which clearly cannot be done on this platform
A consultation may indeed take time, but triage in the emergency room is done in order of severity, and at least the right treatment, if any, will not be delayed.
