I have a wound on my lip that won't heal?

Hello, for a few weeks I have had a "boo-boo" on my upper lip. I have the annoying tendency to remove the gall that forms on it. I notice that under this gall, there is flesh. It still forms a lump on my lip, is there anything I could put or do to finally make it heal completely.
What can I do to remedy my situation? Can you help me?

First of all, the best way to facilitate effective healing is NOT to touch or remove the scab that is forming. Continually touching it can slow down the healing and increase the risk of scarring!
Your best bet right now is to apply an ointment to protect and moisturize the area, such as Vaseline, at least 3 times a day
