Hello Mrs
Would it be possible to know what your doctor told you?
Do you have pain with certain movements or positions?

My doctor told me it might be a bladder stone
It hurts when I sit or stand It doesn't burn when I urinate and I don't have any blood

It is only on one side

Thanks for the feedback!
If your doctor suspects a bladder stone, has he ordered any other tests? Has he or she prescribed any treatments? What makes you suspicious?

The only thing

Thanks for the feedback!
You did the right thing with Advil, it is a good solution for pain relief if you have no contraindications to taking it. However, there are several possible causes for these symptoms, but a physical assessment is necessary to properly determine or rule out these possible causes.
Unfortunately, I must strongly suggest that you consult a physician to reassess the situation, or a physiotherapist. These are the professionals best placed to assess the pain. Most group insurance plans cover this type of service.
I'm sorry I can't be more helpful at this time, it's just that the situation you describe is beyond what can be addressed on this platform.
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
