How long after changing patches before these symptoms appear?
How long before the effect disappears?

Symptoms appear 1 hour after the patch change.
the symptoms remain, but it is intermittent and this is until now.

It's very strange. It's really not a reported effect. I would suggest that you talk to your doctor so that he or she can assess your situation
