I noticed on my almost 4 month old daughter's hand, the presence of spots looking like petechiae. What should I do?

She has no fever and is in good spirits. The stitches are quite distant, only on her left hand and stop "dry" in the middle of her forearm.

Good evening ma'am,
Considering that she is otherwise doing well, I would recommend that you just trace with a pen where the dots stop and see how it goes by Monday.
If you see that it progresses, or she starts to run a fever, we'll go see a doctor.
If the petechiae are still present in 3 to 4 days, we'll go see a doctor as well.
Good evening,
