I have noticed a drop in pressure when I urinate for some time. Should I be concerned?

It is especially when I just woke up. I am a 29 year old man. I take aspirin 30mg daily following a stroke at the age of 25. Cause unknown. I take this pill as a preventive measure. I also have some discomfort in the canal that connects one of my testicles. I feel a kind of stretching up to the groin and pubic area.

Hello Sir,
The situation you describe requires the attention of a physician. In fact, only doctors can provide a diagnosis and I think we need a clear diagnosis before we attempt a treatment option. Otherwise, we risk causing negative effects without the benefits of treatment, as well as causing a delay in addressing your current situation.
It could be that the pressure drop is somehow related to the testicular discomfort you describe...
As the pandemic is causing great challenges at the doctor's office, perhaps you could try services such as Hello Health or Maple if your doctor cannot see you within a week.
I am sorry I cannot help you at this time.
Happy day,
