Could this all be related to an untreated infection? What would be the chances that I could treat this at the pharmacy?

I think I have balanitis because my glans is often red and sensitive and I regularly feel a little pain when I urinate. There are often drops of urine left after I finish urinating. Also, it is not uncommon for me to feel pain after having sex or after masturbation.
