My husband has a very small bladder and he often escapes during the night. He is 32 years old and it has always been like this.
What can he do to fix the situation or at least improve it. It happens 1-2 times a week on average.

Hello Ma'am, I am sorry to read about her troubles!
Non-pharmacological measures will be favored in such a case. Kegel exercises can help firm up the muscles in the area to reduce discharge. I found this link that is well detailed and easy to follow:
So just to be clear, there really is no magic bullet, but he would have to try the suggested exercises to help reduce this problem?
Thank you very much,

Thanks for the feedback!
There is indeed no magic bullet. First and foremost, you have to try these exercises, but like any muscle, you have to be diligent and persevere over time. These exercises can be done very easily, even while sitting at work :)
If he needs help doing them, a physiotherapy consultation can greatly help. Most group insurance plans cover this.
