Is it normal to have my period even if I take Micronor continuously and at regular times?

Hello I have an 11 month old baby, I started Micronor at 6 weeks since I am breastfeeding. I am still breastfeeding. I did not have any period or spotting until December 24th. My period started even though I am on the pill continuously. When you say it gets better, do you mean that most likely in the next few months I won't get my period anymore since Micronor should usually make sure that I don't? Or do some patients get their period every month even while taking Micronor?
