This month my cycle has been 28 days. Oui No, no birth control. I have an 11 month old baby, who I breastfed and my period started again when he was 5 months old. This is the first time this has happened to me this long before and after my pregnancy.

My period has been going on for 12 days. They were extremely heavy for 5 days and have been light for 7 days. Is this normal?

Please know that this can be completely normal. If you are not on birth control right now and the period is still present in 7 days, you will need to go see a doctor.

For now, take your Naproxen if the pain is too bad (cramps).
