Hello !
The sensation of a blocked ear can be related to several things:
  • An earwax plug;
  • A foreign body;
  • Water accumulation
  • Change in altitude
  • A cold/flu.
So in order to better help you I would like to know:
  • Have you been swimming recently?
  • Have you flown recently?
  • Have you had a cold or flu recently?
  • Do you use cotton swabs? Have you felt like something went into your ear?
If the answer to all of these questions is no, there is still the possibility that you have wax buildup. You can try treating with an oil (olive, mineral or almond): instill 4-5 drops in the ear and leave for 15 minutes. Repeat twice a day for 3-7 days
If you do not see any improvement after 4 days, if your symptoms worsen (stronger pressure, aggravated deafness) or if you have other symptoms (fever, pain, liquid draining from your ear) I recommend that you consult a doctor
I hope I have answered your question correctly,

hello,
i have tried the drops of olive oil but I have not seen any improvement and I do not have the feeling that there is something in my ear. Sometimes in the morning it is ok but an hour later the pressure comes back and I can't hear anymore.

If you have tried the drops as I have indicated and it did not work, then I suggest you see a doctor so that he or she can examine your ear
Don't hesitate if you have any other questions! 😊
