Good morning, ma'am,
When did you first notice this?
Is it after a particular event, an exposure to an irritating product such as a cream, hair removal, food, cleanser or other?
Have you tried anything for this problem?
Would you be able to upload some well-lit images?
Thank you

Hello,
i tried the bioderma repair balm, I put vaseline all day long and vitamin E at night. It's been 3 weeks since it started, and I have nothing new in my cleanser or other products. I have been using the same products for almost a year now.
Thank you

Thanks for the information.
You did well with the moisturizers, especially Vaseline, which I encourage as often as necessary, including before and after going outside.
That being said, some other non-pharmacological measures could be tried if not already done:
  • Avoid any soap, scrub, exfoliator on the face for now. Only clear water should be used for hygiene, max 2 times a day for the face. Avoid vigorous scrubbing of the skin: instead, lightly pat the skin to leave a thin layer of moisture, then apply the chosen moisturizer quickly after.
  • Be sure to protect your face when you go out (scarf, neck warmer, etc.), even if it's just a short trip between home and the car, for example.
I invite you to try these measures for the next 2 weeks. If the situation does not improve or worsens, you will need to see a doctor to properly assess the situation.
I hope that I have been helpful to you and I remain available if you have any further questions!

Could it be eczema since I get it on my hands in the winter, would cortisone help?

But thanks I'll try the other stuff.

It is possible that it is eczema, but it is impossible to determine this beyond a doubt. It can happen on other parts of the body. At first glance, I would not recommend applying cortisone to the face without ruling out other causes with a doctor, if only as a precaution.
