What can I take for menstrual pain?

Hello, I am currently on the second day of my period and usually I feel almost no discomfort (I am on the pill). Today, the pain is unbearable and I have a big diarrhea that comes with it. I usually take the birth control pill Alysena. Lactose intolerance, and I have only tried advils.
