My baby has pimples under the testicles?

Hello, Since yesterday, my 10 month old baby has a pimple under his testicles and they are red. There is also a small red spot on his punis. What is it and how can I fix it? Could it be an allergy? We normally apply desitin and have been using it all week

Hello ma'am, what you are describing can often be diaper rash. Have you applied anything to the area or at diaper changes? Thanks for the feedback! Desitin or Zincofax extra strong (40% zinc concentration) can be applied at each diaper change . Check the diaper often as it will need to be changed as soon as it becomes the least bit soiled or wet. This may take a few days. I also suggest avoiding wipes and scented diapers.
