I had a tonsillitis a week ago, I finished my antibiotics tonight and I don't take any contraception since 1 year because it didn't hurt me anymore

It is true that an infection can shift the menstrual cycle but it usually goes away on its own.

If you have had unprotected sex during your cycle, I encourage you to get tested every 3 days, or until you have your period
