Hello Mrs,
Have you tried anything for this problem?
Are you currently taking any other medications?
Do you have any known allergies, intolerances or contraindications?

I occasionally continue the medication I had pregnant for reflux (Omeprazole) otherwise I take gaviscons..
Regular medication: Pristiq 50mg.

I have no intolerances, allergies or contraindications. Except that I am still breastfeeding.

Thank you for the information. Omeprazole is one of the first treatment options and if it has been effective for you, I would be inclined to continue it. Some references suggest taking it for 4-8 consecutive weeks even without symptoms and trying a break after that. Gaviscon is an addition that can be effective during the day.
Both are safe to take while breastfeeding.
If Omeprazole is found to be insufficient, a doctor should be consulted to rule out other causes and not delay proper management of your situation.
I hope this has been helpful and I am available if you have any further questions!
