Hello,
I am not sure that Sinovac is not recognized. I invite you to consult this official site:
You can also check with the phone line: 514 644-4545
If you have a written proof of your 2 doses, you should not need to be revaccinated.
Have a nice day!

Quebec recognizes it but not Canada so it will be difficult for us to return to Canada test quarantine hotel quarantine home.ca I do not mind resuming a series of vaccines in Canada if it is to be in order we go to the Republic every year and returns are already not a gift because of health restrictions

Is it dangerous to receive the vaccines a second time?
Vincent Ouellet · 3 years ago
There is no danger, but more significant side effects are noted when a dose of a different vaccine is given (e.g., more fatigue, arm pain, or fever in the next 24 to 48 hours).
