Will the acne come back if I stop the pill that helped?

I have been taking a contraceptive for a few years which helped me a lot with my acne, but now I don't have acne at all and I would like to change my contraceptive for what reason. I then thought of the contraceptive patch

It is possible that the acne will return after stopping the product, but this is impossible to predict. Would it be possible to know the reason why you want to change the contraception?
