I have small pimples on my penis?

Hello, I have always had small pimples on my penis. I asked around and they are fordyce grains. However, there was one that was whitish and big so I tried to pop it like a pimple but it didn't work and after two days it's still red and is bigger than before. Also, it's sensitive to the touch. Will it go down, should I worry, can I apply creams to calm the inflammation?
