I received a prescription for a wisdom tooth that had become infected. Is it possible to have an ear infection at the same time?

Three days ago I started antibiotics (Pen VK 300) for a wisdom tooth that grew infected, since then I have the sensation of having a blocked ear (same side as the infection). I do not have a fever (I am currently at 35.9 by mouth). I am not currently taking any advil or tylenol. I have a slight headache.

Yes, it is possible to have an ear infection at the same time. On the other hand, you should know that it can simply be an impact of the inflammation of your tooth and as the tooth heals, your ear clears up.
The antibiotic may not be enough to treat an ear infection. So, if you see that the ear still hurts after the antibiotic treatment for your tooth, I encourage you to see a doctor.
