It does indeed look like a wart but you will still have to show the lesion in person as the image is not very clear. Depending on the age of your child, some non-prescription treatments are possible. Your pharmacist will be able to help you choose the right product according to your inventory and your preferences, explain the use of the product and follow up with you.
