Can I go to my internship if I test positive for COVID?

Hi, I tested positive to covid the night before last. I am at the end of my session and have mid-term observations this Wednesday and Friday. I have loss of taste and smell, fatigue, lots of nasal congestion and muscle pain. I am vonWillebrand type 3 and take Humate-P, citalopram, elavil, cyclocapron and ferrous fumarate daily.
