Food tastes different after tonsil surgery, is this normal?

Do you have other symptoms such as a runny or blocked nose, even a little?

Thank you for the follow-up, I am reassured that there are no other symptoms. I've read a few references that it can take several weeks to resolve, but if you don't notice any improvement, I'd advise bringing up the subject with your doctor as a precaution.
