After research, it may be roseola, but even after 10 days, nothing fades. Is this it? What should I do?

Hello, I noticed some small reddish patches on my belly on Saturday March 11. They don't itch, but my skin is more sensitive there (I feel more touch/sensation, but no pain). Moreover, the patches have multiplied on my chest and a bit on my neck. For the moment, I don't have the impression that the pink color is fading.

Hello, would it be possible to upload some well-lit images?
Are there any other symptoms like fever?
Are you currently taking any medication?

I had a good headache on March 9 and 10, just before I noticed the plaques. I think there may have been a little fever, but I didn't take my temperature.
I am not taking any medication other than birth control.

Thank you for the information.
In the absence of other symptoms, the basis of treatment will be moisturizing the skin and other non-pharmacological measures:
You should apply a fragrance-free moisturizer such as Aveeno, Cutibase, Base Glaxal, Cerave and others often. Personally I recommend Aveeno because it's oat-based and can help relieve itching if you have it. Keep in mind that there is no maximum number of times per day, it can be applied as often as needed.
Use a non-scented soap, and after the bath or shower, avoid rubbing the skin vigorously: instead, lightly pat the skin to leave a thin layer of moisture, then apply the moisturizer quickly after getting out of the bath.
In the absence of other symptoms, these measures are usually sufficient. I invite you to apply them and only monitor the situation. If the lesions persist for more than 7 days without improvement, I suggest consulting a doctor as a precaution.
I hope I've been helpful, I remain available if you have any further questions!
