Do I need a tetanus shot if my wounds/cuts touched the ground?

Hi, I have been doing some outdoor work without wearing gloves and have noticed small sores on my fingers. I am not sure if my vaccinations are up to date.

The tetanus vaccine is generally not given for 10 years. If this is not the case for you or if you are unsure, you should consult a walk-in clinic or the CLSC.
