yes , I received a prescription for antibiotics for 10 days and still taking them. I believe from the constant vomiting I had over the past few days caused irritation in my esophagitis.

Hi there, Did you receive a prescription for an antibiotic ? If so, are you finish taking your antibiotics ? If you vomitted a lot in the past few days, it sure can be an explanation. Try taking your antibiotics with food to ease the digest process of it (and reduce nausea) and visit your pharmacy to get Zantac™ or Olex™, a product recently available without a prescription (but found behind the pharmacist's counter).
