I have a reaction on my rings (on my fingers). What can I do about it?

I have been wearing my rings for at least 6 years without any allergic reaction. Then, all of a sudden, it stung a lot until it made "pimples" that could bleed. Despite the fact that I removed my rings, the reaction remains... the skin is dry and still makes pimples at times, then it diminishes and reappears...

Good evening Madam,
This may not be related to the presence of the ring, but rather to an irritant that would have lodged between the skin and the ring. The presence of the ring would then have increased the contact time which could have caused a reaction like the one you describe.
In any case, it is possible to use a cortisone cream sold in pharmacies for a few days to see if the redness, dryness and pimples will diminish.
Have you tried anything yet?

Hello,
I have tried something sold in tablet form so low in cortisone and it soothes but it always comes back.I have also tried creams that are supposed to help with eczema but again it doesn't make a difference in the long run
Thank you

Thank you for those details.
You will indeed need to try something stronger.
There are two options at this time. First, you could go to the pharmacy to talk to the pharmacist on duty and ask for Spectro Eczemacare™ cream, a stronger cortisone cream to be applied regularly to the redness for about 2 weeks.
Otherwise, it is also possible to see your doctor to have the redness investigated and receive a prescription suitable for testing.
If you opt for the first option, please note that lack of improvement in 5 to 7 days will point to the need to consult a physician.
Happy evening,
