Could it be an allergic reaction? What could I apply to it? Thank you

Hello. My daughter has just finished dinner and she has redness and small pimples on her left arm. Could this be an allergic reaction? She ate an omelet with vegetables in it and cheese but she has never had this before. What can I apply to her? Note that she is sick right now. Cough, congestion, yellow/green nasal discharge and she has a little fever (38.5). My daughter is 9 months old.

Hello,
I see that your question has been pending for several hours. I'm sorry about that.
How is your daughter this morning?
Are the pimples still present?

Hello again :) finally the redness and pimples are gone. 🤷 And she is doing well apart from her virus and growing teeth
Thank you so much . I just saw your message. It was in my junk mail. 😑
I'm going to get some baby benadryl in case something similar happens again .
Not sure what it was due to but she has sensitive skin . Can we send you pictures when we send you a question?

A non-drowsy anti-histamine would be better, such as cetirizine.
Hoping that all will be to your satisfaction, I wish you a nice day.
