How long does it take to get my period back after I officially stop the Micronor birth control pill? It's been 15 days and still nothing!

After stopping the pill, it is common for periods to return right away. However, this is influenced by the last time you stopped. In other words, if you stopped the pill only a few days into your pack and thus had recently menstruated, your next period may well not occur until 2 weeks from now.

Also, if you were relatively unstable in your cycle before taking the pill, you may become unstable again now, which would explain the small delay you are experiencing now.
