Do you feel this every time you have sex or does it depend on the intensity or duration of the relationship?

Is it possible that there is a lubrication problem?

Yes, it is very possible that semen can be irritating after intercourse. Rubbing can irritate surfaces so that semen, depending on its composition and pH, can be irritating. This does not necessarily indicate a problem as long as the irritation is mild and temporary.
