Hello, I forgot to take my alysena 28 pill, it was the second pill of the second week of the pack and I forgot less than 24 hours.

Take the forgotten tablet as soon as you realize it, and take today's tablet as well, which involves taking 2 tablets on the same day. If the forgetfulness was less than 24 hours, this should be sufficient:)
