Could there be a connection between my tinnitus, which has been louder for about a month, and my blocked eustachian tube? and my blocked eustachian tube?

I have pressure in my ears, after consulting my family doctor, she told me that my eustachian tubes were blocked probably due to allergies or inflammation. I also have had mild tinnitus since I was little.

Hello Sir,
Yes, inflammation can contribute to tinnitus, did the doctor prescribe or suggest a treatment?

Yes I have a cortisone spray to treat the inflammation.
Thank you for your answer

Thanks for the information!
If you have even the slightest bit of a stuffy or runny nose, I suggest nasal hygiene with a saline solution such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse, which can be done as often as needed, including a few minutes before spraying the corticosteroid and at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
The effect of the corticosteroid can be appreciated after 7 to 10 days, sometimes more quickly, and this should give us an indication of its effectiveness.
I will be available if you have any further questions!

My doctor just recommended that I use a Hydrasense twice a day and the cortisone spray once a day and go back to him in three months if it is not effective.
