My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 3 years. For some time now, we have been having less sex (about 1 per week). Last week, after our unprotected intercourse (I'm on birth control pills), he noticed the next day that he had a small red spot on his glans. No pain, no itching. After 2,3 days, everything became normal again. Yesterday we had another sexual intercourse. He noticed tonight that he still had some small red spots. Again, no pain or itching. We did not use any lubricant or cream. Thank you very much for the information :)
