Rash on the lower back, what to do?

Skin rash at the junction of the buttocks near the lower back. I noticed 2-3 small red itchy pimples only after a bath. The rash seems to be present for 2 days without being uncomfortable except after a bath. I have no other rash. It's hard to be sure but I have the impression that it's on a stretch mark

Unfortunately, it is very difficult to give an opinion without having seen the area in question. Would you be able to upload some well-lit photos to assess the situation? Otherwise, you will have to go to a pharmacy and show the area in person.

I'm sorry I can't be more helpful at this time, but from what I can see you will need to go to the pharmacy and show the lesions in person. After a short consultation, the pharmacist will be in a better position to help you and to start a treatment, if necessary
