can a dermatologist or pharmacist advise me on a cream to relieve itching and swelling

Hello,I am a 46 year old woman,since yesterday evening my face is itchy,currently I am all plated just in the face,and the sinuses are swollen,the emergency room is overflowing,I don't have any Good morning, thank you for the follow-up. Last night I took benadryl and itching cream, it's less intense this morning. Only my nasal passages seem more difficult and still redness and swelling on my face.

Hello ma'am, do you have any other symptoms such as diarrhea, nausea, swelling of the lips or tongue, tightness in the throat or other? Are you currently taking any medication? If Benadryl does not cause drowsiness, you can continue to take it, and moisturize the skin with a fragrance-free cream like Aveeno, Glaxal Base or other.
