Should I rinse my mouth after using teva-mometasone nasal spray?

Hello, I take a nasal spray (teva-mometasone) and my ENT told me to rinse my mouth afterwards and the allergist told me that I don't need to rinse.

There is no recommendation to rinse the mouth after using Mometasone nasal spray. Generally, people taking corticosteroids by mouth, such as pumps, should rinse their mouth afterwards to avoid a fungal infection.
