My almost 3 week old baby has conjunctivitis and I wonder what is best for him to cure the infection

Hello, for a child of this age, it can be normal that there are small secretions. We can clean the nose with salt water and make compresses of cooled boiled water to clean the eyes 3 to 4 times a day. After that, it might be necessary to re-evaluate with a doctor after 48 hours if there is no improvement.
