Is there a temperature that I should not reach at this age and consult or should I wait to see if he will still be doing it in 48 hours?

Good morning ma'am,
How many days has he had a fever? Has he been able to eat, even if less than usual?

Since yesterday (Friday the 09) in the morning). His peeing is normal and frequent and he drinks a little bit less but nothing alarming according to me he still drinks not so bad. To be continued for today..

Thank you for the information. I suggest continuing Tempra as needed.
If he has other symptoms such as a stuffy or runny nose or cough, perform nasal hygiene with saline and a baby fly as often as needed during the day and at least 30 minutes before naps/bedtime. Encourage your baby to drink plenty of fluids, even if it means giving smaller amounts more often.
If the situation persists for more than 7 days without improvement, you should consult a doctor. I will be available if you have any further questions!
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist

Parfai!
indeed he has cough (a little) and especially the hoarse voice, seems to have a sore throat since last night. I try to make him drink more often because it is more difficult today. I'm going to encourage nasal hygiene too! Thanks a lot!

It was a pleasure, do not hesitate if there is anything, I wish him a speedy recovery!
