Could this be a mistake or is it possible to have no symptoms with this level?

Hello, I just received a blood test result showing a TSH level of 6. So the nurse told me I was hypothyroid. However, when she told me the symptoms, I don't have any of the symptoms that correspond to me.

Good morning, ma'am,
Such a diagnosis is not made only according to a laboratory result. After all, you have to treat the person and not a value :)
That being said, it is possible that some people have a TSH value that exceeds the values considered normal without this indicating a problem.
As you have pointed out, the whole person is treated, so I believe that this result should be accompanied by a thorough evaluation of your condition.
Sincerely,
