It is almost impossible to make a judgement without first seeing the lesions you are referring to (which is impossible here). I therefore recommend that you go to your local pharmacy to show the lesions in question. If it is not possible to show them, it is possible to bring photos.

The pharmacist on duty will be able to direct you to the right product based on his or her observations, or recommend a medical consultation if he or she deems it necessary.
