I have had a lump in my neck for 2 years?

For almost two years I have had a lump in my neck, I recently found out that it is my submandibular gland that is swollen. It is stable but sometimes painful. Unfortunately I no longer have a family doctor. Could there be an underlying problem? Should I go see a doctor?

Hello, thank you for your question, but unfortunately the situation you describe requires the attention of a physician. In fact, only doctors can provide a diagnosis and I think we need a clear diagnosis before we attempt a treatment option. Otherwise, we risk causing negative effects without the benefits of treatment, as well as delaying the management of your current situation.
Since the pandemic is causing great challenges in the doctor's office, perhaps you could try services such as Hello Health or Maple.
Also, here is the link to get on a waiting list for a family doctor:
I'm sorry I can't help you at this time.
Have a nice day,
