Hello if I take synthroid, sertralie that I usually take in the morning but this morning I forgot is it better to take them now or wait until tomorrow?

Good morning, ma'am,

In both cases, if there are more than 12 hours before the next intake time, yes you can take them right away, then at the scheduled time tomorrow.
