How do I give antibiotics for ear infections if my baby refuses to eat?

10 month old baby with fever since Thursday, we consulted yesterday morning verdict: two ear infections. The fever has just gone down and is now under control (with tylenol in suppository). She spits out advil in liquid. Yesterday evening I managed to give her the antibiotic with applesauce this morning I can't give it to her (what I managed to do is to vomit it 30 minutes later). She doesn't want milk either. Thank you for your answer, but in the end a medical consultation was required because there was a bigger problem behind it all. A bronchiolitis.
